In Vitro Drug Release from Microspheres

This program simulates drug release from microspheres. The default parameters are taken from in vitro release tests of 5-fluorouracil-loaded microspheres. The drug is used in the treatment of several types of cancers, including colorectal cancer. Users can enter their own experimental data.
