Estimation of one-compartment pharmacokinetic parameters

One-compartment models are widely applied to describe the kinetics of drug absorption and elimination in the body, which behaves like a well-stirred vessel. The program estimates the elimination rate constant and the volume of distribution. Plasma drug concentration data, obtained after a rapid intravenous injection (IV Bolus), can be entered in the format given below.
